目前，國內的食品包裝袋一般可分為單膜袋和復合薄膜包裝袋兩大類。其主要執(zhí)行標準有：GB/T4456-1996《包裝用聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》、GB12025-1989《高密度聚乙烯吹塑薄膜》、QB/T2461-1999《包裝用降解聚乙烯薄膜》、GB9687-1988《食品包裝用聚乙烯成型品衛(wèi)生標準》、GB9688-1988《食品包裝用聚丙烯成型品衛(wèi)生標準》等。

食品包裝袋檢驗項目

按照單膜袋和復合膜袋兩種不同的材質，需分別進行不同的檢驗項目。

單膜袋檢驗項目主要分為三大類：一、外觀不得有對使用有礙的氣泡、穿孔、水紋、暴筋、塑化不良、魚眼僵塊等疵��；二、規(guī)格、寬度、長度、厚度偏差均應有規(guī)定的范圍內；三、物理機械性能包括拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率。

復合膜袋檢驗項目主要分為四大類：一、外觀應平整，無劃傷、燙傷、氣泡、破油和折皺，熱封平整、無虛封，薄膜不得有裂紋；二、孔隙和復合層分離。無雜質、異物和油漬等污染；三、袋裝浸泡液，不得有異味、異臭、渾濁和脫色現(xiàn)象；四、包括拉伸強度、斷裂伸長率，氣體透過量、耐油度指標、耐熱、耐寒以及袋的封口剝離力、袋的耐壓和耐跌落性等指標。
