1.盡量不要是物料填滿整個粉碎機；
2. 要仔細檢查料頭是否正常掉進粉碎機內(nèi)部；
3.刀片磨損應(yīng)及時更換，保障效率；
4.仔細檢查防震膠圈，保證機器在正常震動范圍內(nèi)運行，如有損壞應(yīng)當(dāng)及時更換；
5.保證建筑鋸末粉碎機周圍的清潔，確認(rèn)周圍無料粒；
6. 嚴(yán)禁踩踏粉碎機的斜面，防止劃傷；
7.運轉(zhuǎn)過程中，手千萬不能放入粉碎機內(nèi)部，如需檢查，請確認(rèn)已將機器關(guān)閉；
8.遇到機器報警，首先應(yīng)當(dāng)關(guān)閉電源，打開粉碎機檢查是否有料頭在機器內(nèi)卡住；
