秸稈炭化爐是恒駿新發(fā)明的一款專利型設(shè)備。秸稈炭化爐和燃燒室分離，采用活動(dòng)安裝的炭化內(nèi)膽，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)工作，一個(gè)爐體可以配以多個(gè)炭化內(nèi)膽，在更換炭化內(nèi)膽的時(shí)候不需要再做預(yù)熱處理，炭化內(nèi)膽的冷卻完全脫離爐體，從而大大提高了炭化工作效率，節(jié)約設(shè)備數(shù)量。
秸稈炭化爐適用范圍：
秸稈炭化爐可炭化很多生物質(zhì)，如：桉樹皮、竹屑、鋸末、椰殼、棕櫚殼、麻桿粉、秸稈粉等。由于可以炭化稻殼，也以也常被稱為稻殼炭化爐。成品秸稈炭應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域廣泛，可作肥料緩釋劑、飼料添加劑、冶煉熔融劑、食品添加劑、醫(yī)藥添加劑等。
