盤式木材削片機(jī)是制備優(yōu)質(zhì)木片的專用設(shè)備，它適用于造紙廠、刨花板廠、纖維板廠和木片生產(chǎn)基地�？蓪⒃�、小徑木等切削成長度均一，切口平整，厚度均勻的優(yōu)質(zhì)工業(yè)木片，還可以切削丫材、板材等。盤式木材削片機(jī)由機(jī)架、刀盤、進(jìn)料口、罩殼、電子系統(tǒng)等部分組成。為適應(yīng)造紙、纖維板、刨花板行業(yè)對(duì)木片長度的不同要求，木片長度可在一定范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。特種鋼材制作而成，這樣大大提高了盤式木材削片機(jī)的使用壽命。
盤式木材削片機(jī)的特點(diǎn)：
1 采用低壓或高壓電機(jī)，大型削片機(jī)有皮帶輪傳動(dòng)和直聯(lián)式驅(qū)動(dòng)兩種；進(jìn)料分水平和傾斜兩種方式，出料也有上出料和下出料兩種方式。
2、本系列削片機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，布局合理，安裝簡單，操作維護(hù)方便，生產(chǎn)能力高；切削原木時(shí)，木片質(zhì)量高，且木片長度可在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi)自由調(diào)節(jié)，是國內(nèi)先進(jìn)的盤式削片機(jī)。
3、該系列木材削片機(jī)產(chǎn)量，用戶可根據(jù)需要自行選擇機(jī)型。
4、本系列木材削片機(jī)由機(jī)座、刀盤、進(jìn)料口、罩殼、電控系統(tǒng)等部分組成。
