模板粉碎機(jī)是一種專業(yè)針對(duì)工地上廢舊模板、竹膠板、貨架、托架、托盤等研發(fā)的新型、大型木材破碎設(shè)備，打破了傳統(tǒng)的工藝結(jié)構(gòu)模式，利用錘頭捶打的原理，加上螺旋輸送、引風(fēng)機(jī)抽風(fēng)3道工序完成作業(yè)流程，最后出來的成品料大概和火柴棍大小差不多，由于原材料大，采用的都是加厚篩網(wǎng)（14MM），篩孔最小只能加工22毫米的孔徑，所以加工出的成品料有點(diǎn)大，屬于粗破，時(shí)產(chǎn)量在3-5噸左右，要想粉碎鋸末狀，甚至更細(xì)，那就得使用多功能的鋼板粉碎機(jī)，采用小孔徑篩網(wǎng)，配套使用。此設(shè)備廣泛適用于廢舊模板加工廠、竹膠板加工廠、人造板廠、復(fù)合板廠、電廠鍋爐原料燃燒等以及個(gè)體木材加工廠使用。
模板粉碎機(jī)工作原理
本機(jī)采用自動(dòng)喂料裝置：原材料 → 自動(dòng)喂料 → 四輥擠壓破碎 → 破碎粉碎室 → 物料傳送裝置 → 皮帶傳送裝置 → 除鐵裝置 → 成品物料，與同類型的木屑機(jī),木材粉碎機(jī)相比該機(jī)器可以把帶有釘子的木材打碎,并且木材與釘子分離,從而減少拔掉釘子的麻煩。
