使用環(huán)境與安全
1)環(huán)境溫度:
大范圍：-40℃～+70℃ （詳見各款電池規(guī)格參數(shù)）
佳范圍： 25±5℃
2)相對濕度≤95%；
3)海拔高度: ≤4000m
4)電池應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離火源、有機(jī)溶劑，避免陽光直曬;
5)同組電池使用環(huán)境溫度一致,電池之間的大溫差應(yīng)≤3℃.
安裝注意事項
1、電池成組使用時建議先給電池配組，量取開路電壓相同或相近的電池為一組，建議電壓相差單體為一個等級；
2、檢查電池?zé)o異常后，將其安裝在指定地點（例如電池架）；
3、避免將電池安裝在靠近熱源（如變壓器）的地方；
4、因為電池貯存時可能產(chǎn)生易燃?xì)怏w，安裝時應(yīng)避免靠近產(chǎn)生火花的裝置（如保險絲）；
5、連接前，擦亮電池端子，使其呈現(xiàn)金屬光亮；
6、小心導(dǎo)電材料短接電池正負(fù)端子。
7、多個電池一起使用時，首先保證電池間連接正確，再將電池與充電器或負(fù)載連接。在這種情況下，電池正極應(yīng)與充電器或負(fù)載的正極連接，負(fù)極與負(fù)極連接。如果電池與充電器連接不正確，充電器會被損壞，一定要注意不要連接錯誤。
8、接線時注意連接牢固，但不可用力過大，以免損傷端子，推薦扭緊力矩見表一。不要在端子部位用過大的力,每個連接螺母與螺栓一定要扭緊，扭緊扭矩按照表所示。
運(yùn)輸、儲存
1、由于電池較重，搬運(yùn)時必須注意運(yùn)輸工具的選擇，嚴(yán)禁翻滾和摔擲；
2、搬運(yùn)電池時，不要觸動端子和安全閥；
3、電池為荷電出廠，運(yùn)輸中應(yīng)防止電池短路；
4、電池在安裝前，可在0~35℃環(huán)境下貯存，但貯存期不應(yīng)超過六個月，超過六個月貯存期的電池應(yīng)進(jìn)行均衡充電，存放地點應(yīng)該清潔、通風(fēng)、干燥；
5、使用過的電池需存放時，應(yīng)在存放前充足電，然后按貯存要求存放。
電池維護(hù)
清潔
☆ 經(jīng)常保持蓄電池外表及工作環(huán)境清潔、干燥狀態(tài).
☆ 蓄電池的清潔應(yīng)避免產(chǎn)生靜電.
☆ 用濕布清潔蓄電池，禁止使用汽油、酒精等有機(jī)溶劑，也不要使用含這些物質(zhì)的布抹電池.
注意
正常浮充運(yùn)行可以不進(jìn)行此項操作。遇到下列情況之一可考慮采用均衡充電
☆ 放電容量低于額定容量的20%以上.
☆ 擱置不用時間超過3個月.
☆ 有單體電池浮充電壓低于2.18V/單體.
☆ 連續(xù)浮充3-6個月或電池組內(nèi)出現(xiàn)電壓落后的電池.

Maintenance Tips/Suggestions: Your vehicle's battery and its connections should be checked at every oil change. The battery should be mounted securely, as vibration takes a toll on battery life. On batteries with removable filler caps, the electrolyte should be checked and topped off with distilled water. Battery connections should be clean, tight and corrosion-free. To clean the battery case and terminals, use a mixture of baking soda and water. As an added measure to fight terminal corrosion, chemically treated felt rings can be placed over the battery posts. Batteries don't always give warning signs before they fail. If your vehicle's battery is three years old or more, it's wise to replace it. When choosing a replacement, there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all battery. Make sure the new one has adequate capacity for your exact make, model and equipment. Avoid running your battery dead; deep-cycling (discharging and then charging) quickly takes its toll on battery life. For longest life, automotive batteries are intended to keep a relatively consistent charge.
