一  廢水來(lái)源及水質(zhì)

設(shè)備參數(shù)及應(yīng)用 

1 調(diào)節(jié)池

調(diào)節(jié)池主要用于調(diào)節(jié)來(lái)水的水量和水質(zhì)的不均勻性。調(diào)節(jié)時(shí)間按8h設(shè)計(jì)。

2反應(yīng)池

反應(yīng)池采用6格穿孔旋流反應(yīng)形式，孔口流速由1.0m/s逐格遞減至0.15m/s。反應(yīng)時(shí)間20min左右。

3 沉淀池

采用斜板沉淀池。斜板間距80mm，表面水力負(fù)荷2.1m?（㎡·h）。

4 水解酸化池

水解酸化工藝主要用來(lái)使難以降解的苯環(huán)物質(zhì)、大分子有機(jī)物開環(huán)斷鏈，變?yōu)橐子谏锝到獾男》肿游镔|(zhì)，對(duì)改善廢水的可生化性，有利于后續(xù)好氧化物降解。

本工程設(shè)計(jì)水解酸化時(shí)間為15h,池內(nèi)設(shè)置彈性填料和水下曝氣攪拌設(shè)備。

5 生物選擇器

在SBR反應(yīng)池進(jìn)水端部設(shè)置生物選擇器（又稱預(yù)反應(yīng)區(qū)），使回流的活性污泥和原水中的有機(jī)物在此達(dá)到充分混合和吸附，使回流的大量微生物得以淘劣選優(yōu)、培養(yǎng)和馴化，誘導(dǎo)出活性很強(qiáng)的微生物群體，并能抑制絲狀菌的生長(zhǎng)和繁殖，對(duì)后續(xù)氧化反應(yīng)控制污泥膨脹具有重要作用。該反應(yīng)過(guò)程一般45min~60min即可完成。

1         SBR反應(yīng)池

SBR工藝又稱序批式間歇活性污泥法，是最近幾年國(guó)內(nèi)興起的集生物降解、沉淀、排水、排泥等功能為一體的污水生化處理工藝。在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，采用PLC可編程控制器，按時(shí)間和液位實(shí)現(xiàn)全過(guò)程自動(dòng)控制。

本工程設(shè)置3座SBR反應(yīng)池，每池運(yùn)行周期12h。其中充水期4h。反應(yīng)期8h(其中包括充水期3.5h),沉淀期1.5h，排水期1.5h，閑置期0.5h，MLSS為3500mg/L。

2         污泥處理系統(tǒng)

本工程污泥分為化學(xué)污泥和剩余活性污泥兩部分。前者經(jīng)初沉池排出，直接進(jìn)入污泥脫水系統(tǒng)；后者在每座SBR池里內(nèi)置1個(gè)8m×5m×8m的濃縮池，濃縮后的污泥經(jīng)提升泵，回流至生物選擇器和水解酸化池，剩余污泥與化學(xué)污泥一起儲(chǔ)存于污泥池內(nèi)，進(jìn)行脫水外運(yùn)。污泥脫水設(shè)置5臺(tái)帶式壓榨過(guò)濾機(jī)，帶寬2m.

三  工程運(yùn)行效果

  通過(guò)三個(gè)月的運(yùn)行和監(jiān)測(cè)，處理效果顯著，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定。其中在混合沉淀工藝中實(shí)際COD去除率為40%~50%，BOD₅去除率為30%~35%，SS去除率為60%~70%；在水解酸化工藝中COD去除率為25%~35%，BOD₅去除率為20%~25%.

1 regulation pool

The former is discharged through the initial sink pool and directly into the sludge dewatering system; The latter in each SBR pool built a 8 m x 5 m x 8 m concentrated tank, concentrated sludge by the lift pump, back into biological selector and hydrolysis acidification pool, excess sludge storage with chemical sludge in sludge pool, sinotrans for dehydration. The operation effect of the three works
