Automatically reject lacking of leaflet or prodcut and finished product out.

                                                                1、能自動(dòng)完成開盒、紙盒成型、說明書、球泡燈裝盒、裝燈頭襯、封口、掛鉤(飛機(jī)孔)、等工作。
                                                                并可配熱熔膠系統(tǒng)完成熱熔膠封口。

                                                                2、系統(tǒng)是用PLC控制。利用光電監(jiān)控各部位動(dòng)作,運(yùn)行中出現(xiàn)異常,能自動(dòng)停機(jī)顯示原因,以便及時(shí)排除故障。

                                                                3、機(jī)架內(nèi)部裝有主驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)和離合制動(dòng)器,并在機(jī)板上裝有各部分傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)扭矩過載保護(hù)器,
                                                                可以在超負(fù)荷的情況下,實(shí)現(xiàn)主驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)與各傳動(dòng)部分脫開,確保整機(jī)的安全。

                                                                4、該機(jī)設(shè)有智能檢測(cè)裝置。無物料自動(dòng)不下說明書、不下紙盒,方便和前道設(shè)備連動(dòng)工作。
