安裝完畢后，必須做密封性檢驗。
通氣時，瞬間氣量不宜過大。

2)設(shè)備停車時，應(yīng)及時按規(guī)定對快開盲板 (法蘭蓋)的各個轉(zhuǎn)動進(jìn)行潤滑，開閉部位的絲杠，應(yīng)涂潤滑油脂. 其它部位也盡量涂潤滑油脂. 對于無法涂潤滑油脂的部位，可注 10#或20#機(jī)油。
2. 運(yùn)行時的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)
1)建議由操作者負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備平時的維護(hù)保養(yǎng).
2)經(jīng)常保持設(shè)備表面清潔。
3)隨時監(jiān)測差壓計讀數(shù)，當(dāng)使用壓差達(dá)到0.O2Mpa時，應(yīng)沖洗濾芯。

2)每年至少對本設(shè)備進(jìn)行一次全面檢驗、設(shè)備壁厚的測雖，每兩年對設(shè)備的承壓焊縫進(jìn)行無損檢測。所有的檢驗、檢測結(jié)果，應(yīng)記入設(shè)備的技術(shù)擋案。
3)設(shè)備內(nèi)部有壓力時. 不得進(jìn)行任何維修。對于特殊情況下的維修. 必須嚴(yán)格遵守“容規(guī)”第 122條的規(guī)定進(jìn)行。
