從浸漆到滴漆:小改變,大效果!
在原先的浸漆工藝中,漆罐內(nèi)裝入樹脂絕緣漆,隨著樹脂上升,吊起的定子被完全覆蓋,之后樹脂下降。后續(xù)再進(jìn)行三次加熱促使樹脂凝膠與固化,由此構(gòu)成了完整的定子浸漆工序。其中,樹脂流進(jìn)與流出的過程會造成浪費(fèi)。此外,多次的加熱與固化工序復(fù)雜,占地面積大,且耗時耗能。
